Dr. Kira Cervenka (Dr. K) utilizes chiropractic, myofascial release/trigger point therapy, functional exercises, and nutrition to help restore health. Dr. K has a variety of programs to help enhance athletic performance, recover from injury, or just achieve a healthier foundation. The chiropractic techniques Dr. K uses are: Manual adjusting, Thompson Drop table, Cox Flexion Distraction, and Sacral Occipital Technique (SOT). She is certified in Graston technique and in Selective Functional Movement Assessments (SFMA). She also has additional training in extremity assessment and adjustment. Dr Jennifer Greenfield practices Chiropractic, Functional Medicine (FM) and Applied Kinesiology (AK), all of which explore the connection between the physical, biochemical, and emotional aspects of the body. She uses gentle techniques in her chiropractic practice including The Activator, Sacral Occiptal Technique (SOT) and Thompson Drop Technique. In her FM and AK practice, Dr. Greenfield uses many diagnostic tools: laboratory, testing such as blood, stool, saliva testing as well as muscle testing in order to determine the root cause of your condition. She will then use supplements, herbal extracts, homeopathic remedies, therapeutic diets, detoxification methods and/or stress-management techniques in order to restore function and balance to the body. Emily strives to create an atmosphere that is relaxing and rejuvenating. Her philosophy behind massage is that strictly one modality is not always best. She is a licensed massage and bodywork therapist, mastering the basics of Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Integrative Reflexology, Swedish, and Warm Bamboo. These techniques are the core of which she builds her practice.
Brian Kramer has been actively engaged in the practice of Oriental medicine since 1997. He has also been helping people with exercise and fitness training spanning more than 20 years. Mr. Kramer's special clinical interests are in pain management; gynecology and reproductive health including female and male infertility, menstrual difficulties, and menopause; musculo-skeletal injury, rehabilitation and sports medicine; cancer care; nerve disorders; and weight management.
